I'M LISA

 

I’m a mom to two boys, married for 24+ years, and someone who’s lived a few different versions of life (this is career #4 for me).

I’m a Philly girl through and through — loyal to my teams, even when they make it stressful 😅

Most days, you’ll find me working out in my basement gym, learning something new about holistic health, or figuring out how to make something myself instead of buying it.

But more than anything—

I care deeply about helping women feel better in their bodies in a way that actually fits their life.

Not perfectly.
Not all at once.

But in a way that feels steady, realistic, and sustainable.

MY APPROACH

 

I don’t believe in pushing harder, restricting more, or constantly starting over.

Because most women I work with are already trying.

What I focus on instead is supporting the body as a whole—

→ nutrition
→ gut health
→ nervous system regulation

Because when those are supported properly…

your energy becomes more steady
your digestion feels more comfortable
and your body starts to feel like something you understand again.
